Welcome to Signature Creations. This website, www.signaturecreations.in (the "Site"), is

owned and operated by ARKR Enterprises Private Limited, a company incorporated in

India with its registered office at 16/29, Ramesh Nagar, 3rd Street, Valasaravakkam,

Chennai – 600087, Tamil Nadu ("Signature Creations", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or

purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our

Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these

Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract

under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from the Site.

2. Our Products

All jewellery sold on the Site is handmade. Each piece is individually crafted, and many are

one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in bead placement, stone shade, symmetry, and finish are

inherent to handcrafted work and are not defects.

Material descriptions. We describe our materials honestly and to the best of our

knowledge. Where we know a product uses dyed stones, they are described as dyed; glass

beads are described as crystal or glass; imitation pearls are described as pearl-look beads.

Our jewellery is fashion/imitation jewellery unless a product description expressly states

otherwise, and no product should be assumed to contain precious metal or certified

precious gemstones unless specifically stated.

Descriptions of natural stones are made in good faith, based on information provided by

our suppliers and our own reasonable inspection. Natural gemstones in the trade may

undergo treatments such as dyeing, heating, oiling, or stabilisation that are not always

detectable without laboratory testing, and we do not carry out gemmological laboratory

certification of our stones. Accordingly, while we make every reasonable effort to describe

stones and any known treatments accurately, we do not warrant that a stone is free of

treatment or enhancement unless a certificate from a recognised laboratory is expressly

provided with the product.

Certificates. Where a certificate accompanies a product, it is an identification

certificate only — a professional opinion on the identity of the stone issued by the

certifying laboratory or gemmologist at the time of testing. It is not a guarantee of value,

origin, treatment status, or investment worth. Gemstone identification is inherently a

matter of expert opinion and methods vary between laboratories. We pass on such

certificates as received from the issuing party, and to the fullest extent permitted by law,

we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or conclusions of any certificate. Any

query regarding a certificate should be directed to the issuing laboratory.

Colour accuracy. We photograph products to represent them as accurately as possible.

Minor variations between the image and the actual product may occur due to lighting and

your device's display settings, and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless

stated otherwise.

• Prices are final. We follow a fair, everyday pricing policy and do not run discounts or

negotiate prices.

• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed

through secure third-party payment gateways.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order placed at

an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders and Availability

Many products are single-piece inventory. A product is reserved for you only upon

successful payment. In the rare event two orders are received for the same single piece,

the first successful payment prevails and the other order will be refunded in full. We

reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges,

and damage claims are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Orders cannot be

cancelled once confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, videos, text, product

descriptions, logos, and the Signature Creations brand name — is the exclusive property of

ARKR Enterprises Private Limited or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced,

distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or

upload unlawful content. We may suspend access or cancel orders in cases of suspected

fraud or abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a

purchase from the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise

to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by

courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits

your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protectionlaw, courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
